This project was carried out in Terrer (Zaragoza) for Bodegas Valdepablo designing an WWTP of Residual Wineries. Given the need to achieve a high performance of elimination of contaminants, a solution based on microfiltration membrane technology with membranes welded by ultrasound is proposed, to avoid the breakage of the filter plates. Thus, the objective of achieving the maximum debugging performance that meets the most restrictive pouring parameters in force is met.
In addition to this treatment plant, a tank made of GRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) with a capacity of 4,400 liters was also supplied, as well as the assembly of the inlet and outlet pipes.
The system consisted of a pretreatment (rotary sieve), biological treatment (MBR), and the treatment of the resulting sludge.
